Different valve body and valve bonnetmaterial for different medium temperature

The maximum applicable temperature of graycast iron valve body and valve cover is 250℃.

The maximum applicable temperature of themalleable cast iron valve body and valve cover is 300℃.

The maximum service temperature of mediumsuitable for ductile iron valve body and valve cover is 350℃.

High-silicon cast iron valve body and valvecover are suitable for medium with a maximum service temperature of 120℃.

The maximum service temperature of carbonsteel valve body and valve cover is 425℃ (forgings 16Mn and 30Mn can reach 450℃).

The maximum service temperature of Cr5Moalloy steel valve body and bonnet is 550℃.

And one type high pressure hightemperature check valve was designed with WC6 material for hightemperature steam pipeline

The maximum service temperature of1Cr18Ni9Ti and Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel valve body and valve cover is 600℃.

The maximum service temperature of copperalloy valve body and valve cover is 200℃.

The maximum service temperature of titaniumvalve body and valve cover is 300℃.

The maximum service temperature of themedium suitable for plastic valve body and valve cover: nylon 100℃, chlorinated polyether 100℃, polyvinyl chloride 60℃,polychlorotrifluoroethylene-60~120℃, polytetrafluoroethylene-180~150℃ .

The rubber diaphragm valve depends on thetype of rubber, natural rubber 60 ℃; nitrile rubber, neoprene 80 ℃; fluorine rubber 150 ℃.

When rubber or plastic is used for valvelining, the temperature resistance of rubber and plastic shall prevail.

Ceramic and glass valves have poortemperature resistance and are generally used below 90°C.

The temperature resistance of the enamelvalve is limited by the material of the sealing ring, and the maximum mediumtemperature exceeds 150℃.
